The Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions is the agreement every owner accepts on purchase. It sets what may be built, how property is maintained, and how the association is run.
In accordance with the By-Laws of the Association (V.4) and as authorized by Florida Statutes 720.305(4), the Turnberry HOA will suspend the voting rights of any member during any period in which that member is more than 90 days in default in payment of any assessment levied by the Association.
